6. Payment and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services you purchase or subscribe to.

6.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for individual sessions or within 14 days of subscription start date. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on usage and circumstances. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods or completed sessions.
6.4 Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions you no longer wish to maintain.
7. Instructor Relationships
Instructors on our platform are independent contractors or partners. Quorivale does not employ instructors directly. While we strive to ensure quality education, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of instruction provided by individual instructors.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Availability

9.2 Educational Outcomes

11.3 Effect of Termination
